  It took a little longer to get activated, but it is doing very well now.  Bits and pieces of the spice pack are moving up and down freely.  I may add a little Clove to the mix.

Day 10 and mead is still working well.  Bits of citrus peel still moving up and down!

OK, Well I'll really try hard to save at least 1 bottle.  Dryer than the Elderberry, very smooth regardless.  This would be on par with a semisweet wine.  2 x 22 oz bottles for a nice warm buzz.  A lip smacking one at that!  I'm going to have to break the 1 gallon at a time rule for brewing.  This would have been the soda pop for a Viking!  Where's my freakin AXE!
