I recently downloaded the free Kindle for PC program.  This is a book reader to enable you to purchase ebooks directly to your PC or laptop.  There are some great books on Brewing!  To my library I have added:

1.  The Complete Joy of Home Brewing by Charles Papazion
2.  Home Brewing with Beer Smith by Bradley Smith
3.  Radical Brewing by Randy Mosher
4.  Brew Your Own Beer by J. Andrews   640+ recipe's
5.  Building home brew Equipment by Mark Stevens
6.  How to Brew by John J. Palmer

I also started a "notebook" with various conversion tables, ingredient cross reference charts.  Also, since brewing a tasty brew is the whole purpose of the adventure, I started a file of my own impressions for the various styles and brands of beer I have tried.
Included in the file is a guide on "How to Taste Beer".  Scoring/ Rating guide sheets.

I will include other books and info as I learn, but this gives me a reference guide to where I have been and where I want to go!  Great thing is it's on my laptop and always handy!

If you have an IPHone or Android smart phone you can download an app that will allow you to read on that device also, it will keep your place in the books synchronized also.

I have read about the app for that.  At this point I'm just wondering if it is time to reinvest in a smarter phone or wait for 6G phones.  Granted, the current system(s) does not handle 4G, seems like waiting for 6G may be better.  Regardless, a laptop or other device of this nature can only be of great assistance to the home brewer!  With volumes of information just a touch away, we are definitely able to have a tremendous amount  of information at hand!

I have been reading John J. Palmer "How To Brew" very carefully.  Bearing in mind I have not read anything to actually study for 35 years, this has been most enlightening!  I have reread several chapters repeatedly & will admit, should reread.  This is a very conclusive book for the Home Brewer!!
Highly Recommended!!
