I found a Great Recipe Site!!

http://beerrecipes.org/

While I have not tried any of these recipe's, I am getting ready to try a Guinness Clone.  I ordered a pound of Bullion hops from hops direct Most of the other ingredients I have on hand.  Might be able to start this brew by Christmas Eve!

That sounds cool.  I am waiting on a batch I am making for her Dad to finish and then I can start my Stout.  I am using that Mountmellic kit I got from the store and adding coffee to it.

I saw that kit, almost bought it.  I walked around the store with it in my hand waiting for the other customers in line.  I bought the 33 lb dark LME instead.  I bought some Bullion Hops from Hops Direct to go with it.  Bullion Hops are supposed to be very good with Big stouts.  Adds to the complexity of flavors found in big stouts.  He was a busy man Saturday!!
