I was wondering what to do with that pilsner that is too bitter.   I have been cooking with it Shrimp and things and it is good for that.  I am thinking of dumping it to make the bottle avalible for another kit.

Had the same issue with the Belgian Wit.  My neighbor loved it so he got the keg.

That cool at least someone enjoyed it.  I think I might have under pitched it too.  That was alot of malt for one pack of yeast.

There is a lot to be said in favor of useing a yeast starter.
