What is a style of beer that is not to hoppy or bitter?  I looking for something that is easy drinking.  It can be light or dark.  I would like it to be can type kit that is easy to make.

American Ales tend to be hoppy for my taste.  'Tis the season NOT to lager unless you have a way to do so.  Samual Smith Ale brew clones would be great.  As far as kits from Homebrew4Less, my pick would be either, American Wheat Beer Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit, or Coopers Wheat Kit Brewmaster Selection.  Ask Blaine if either require additional ingredients.  Wheat beers have a bit more body.  They are both light in color.  Both are Ales so they will fermernt at room temperature.  Ales ferment and are ready to drink much more quickly.

Cool, I was thinking about the Coopers Brew Master Wheat as my next kit since we enjoyed the Brewferm wheat.  The next time I go up to the store I will pick one up.

Thanks
