Trying to get organized I bought a bunch of the 4 gallon sqare buckets from Blaine.  While prepping for my first all grain brew, I found those buckets make great "boxes" for my home made kit.  I printed out the brew sheet and taped it to the top of the bucket full of the hops, ground and misc ingredients bagged and tagged with the required info.  My starters are done, it's brew time in the AM!

That sounds like you are in for a adventure.  I still have not made it up to the new store yet.  I still have my pilsner in the bucket.  I was going to bottle Thursday, but the SG was 1.020 and I thought It may not be done fermenting yet.  I am going to check again on Monday and see if it is the same.  If it is I will go ahead a bottle with 4.3 oz of cornsugar and see how it turns out.  I bet you will be able to tell the difference with you next brew, though it might be hard to wait on it.
