Has any used these products to make a pure extract brew?  Maybe use a Safale US 05 yeast to make this.  I want to keep the work down to a minimum.

  I'ld say just do it and try it.  The MrBeer kits are all extract and you only boil 1 gallon of water.  While not great, they were still better than Spudwiser!

I am thinking of tring a Thomas Coopers Wheat with 2lbs of honey for a Honey Wheat beer.  What do you think about something like that?  That pilsner I made has been bottled for about three weeks and has a strong malty flavor.  Its not bad I like it.  It has body to it.  I quess it will thin out a little bit more though in the bottles.
