During my last brew session, I managed to make some "extra" in a couple of my batches. As all the ales got kegged with in a few days of each other, I just put the "extra" into a mixed keg. We just uncorked it today! It turned out great! Not a clone or anything, just a really tasty Brown Ale!  I just adjusted my recipes to start making 6.5 gallon batches!  I'll make 6.5 gallon Amber & Pale Ales, and a 7.5 Gallon Irish Stout.  It will be interesting to taste the individual brews, then the blended version!

Not too strangely, this was the first keg to kick!  This was every ones favorite of the first five kegs I brewed.  Medium body, just enough hops, nice tan lacy head.  Yep, great accident!
