SABCO out of Maumi Ohio sell fully reconditioned tested and Polished(!) kegs for $35 a piece plus shipping. Or 4 for 119.99! I bought 4 and they are very nice!

I've been getting them for about $29 out of Florida. Shipping is not cheap, but the kegs seem to be ok.
