I just made this kit a couple of weeks ago per instructions on the can.  We tasted it at bottling time, and I think it is going to be very nice.  The bad part is it take 4 to 6 weeks to bottle condition.

I did not notice this kit.  Sounds good though.  I have tried (tasted) a raspberry Lambic mixed 50/50 with Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence.  I served this with a cheesecake at a dinner party.  It was a huge hit!

I bet that was good.  From what I tasted at bottling it is not going to be as strong ascomercial lambics, but should really be great.

We tried one last night just to see.  It is a a very nice looking beer.  Its a dark amber reddish in color with a nice head to it, and has a slight aroma of raspberrys.  It still needs some more conditioning because it was so strong I could not drink it, but otherwise I am excited about it.

We tried one the other night.  I think it is still a little strong, maybe a couple of more weeks and it will be just right.  It still had a faint taste of berries. It a little dark with good carbonation and a decent head to it.

Still very strong for me.  Faint smell of raspberries and very bitter, but good color and head.
