Brewed 3/18/2011.  Yeast was good.  Blaine's inventory is up to date as expiration date was 03/2012.  I used an additional 3.3 lb Briess Pilsner LME at Blaine's suggestion.  Og was on target for style.  Added hops per BrewSmith Brewing Program to achieve proper IBU.  Used 1000 ml starter with nutrient starter pack in flask on stirplate.  Activity within 20 minutes!  Updates to follow.

3rd day, yeast is slowing down.  I'll give another day, then rack to a secondary.

What was you FG reading before you bottled?  Some of my bottles were a little malty.

I forgot to check FG before kegging.  Uncorked today!  I had added a pound of unmalted Kamut Wheat to this.  Color is almost orange, great carbonation, slightly citrus with very little hop aftertaste, another winner!!  Head is white and bubbly, dissapears quickly.  Slighly cloudy from the unfermented grains.  This will be a great after work brew!

I only have 6 bottles of mine left for our camping trip this coming month, but I still have that framboise.  It should be aged enough by the time we go.

Its been 12 weeks or so since I bottled this, and her dad had on the other day.  He said it was the best one yet.  When they say it needs a long maturing time they were not kidding.  I think I will make this again, maybe a double batch.  Then I will foget about it for 6 months and see how it is.
